How to Use Build a Gang Sheet Tool

Artwork resolution
We recommend supplying artwork at a 300dpi. Simply changing a file from 96dpi to 300dpi in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva does not improve the actual image quality. Low-resolution artwork may result in blurry or pixelated prints, and can also cause the white underbase to show outside the edges of the design.

No semi-transparent elements
Please ensure your artwork does not contain any semi-transparent or translucent pixels. These are generally not compatible with DTF printing, as transparent pixels cannot be printed correctly. This can lead to unexpected print defects. Elements like smoke – flames often use transparencyFine lines
Avoid extremely thin standalone lines/text. The industry standard for minimum width of a line/text is 0.5mm (or 5px). Extremely thin lines that do not meet the above requirements may not adhere as they do not have enough surface area for the powder/ glue.
Even if they do, you may lose some after washing.

Important:
We assume all artwork supplied is print-ready and do not carry out additional pre-print checks. For this reason, we cannot accept responsibility for poor print results caused by low-quality or unsuitable artwork files. In short, the quality of your transfers will only ever be as good as the artwork provided.
